Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the vast living space on the ground floor, which includes a living room and dining room with a terracotta tile floor opening onto the exterior and the spa. The villa can easily accommodate up to 12 people, with its 4 bedrooms located on the first floor. Each room has its own bathroom, with the exception of a shared bathroom.

The last floor is entirely dedicated to the master suite, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. Outside, a magnificent wooden terrace awaits you, with a relaxation area and a dining area, perfect for summer evenings.

The proximity of the villa to the port of Saint Martin is a major asset. You can enjoy the lively quays, their restaurants, and the famous ice cream shop for pleasant moments with friends or family.
