Very pretty house offering beautiful services on two levels and with large living spaces opening onto a beautiful garden with trees.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Sables Blancs and, via the greenway (this passes in front of the house) 10 minutes by bike from the Ville Close.
The ground floor is composed of: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
The 1st floor is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet.

The house is on two levels:
The two levels (ground floor and 1st floor) can be separated from the entrance of the house, allowing you to have two separate living spaces if necessary. Thus, you can leave the access door to the ground floor open and enjoy the house in its entirety or close it to, for example, operate it with two families (each operating one level). Both levels are fully equipped and autonomous.

On the ground floor, the living room has a majestic functional fireplace (recently swept), a dining room with bay windows overlooking the wooded garden.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two adults.

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and the second two single beds. There is also a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a BZ sofa bed.

The garden has a large adjustable table that can accommodate 8 guests as well as 2 very comfortable deckchairs for sunbathing,
Reading... The garden is fully enclosed and not overlooked.

The laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer. It can be used as a parking space for bicycles and scooters, strollers but also as a windsurfing storage space.

In total, the house has 9 beds for adults.

You have access to all the rooms of the house, the enclosed and private garden, the bicycle room, the cellar allowing you to store your water sports equipment for example and finally the private parking of the house.

Finally, I am available throughout your stay to accompany you if necessary and advise you on the city and its surroundings.
