The house is located at the foot of Kersaux Cove, 300 metres from Belle Etoile Beach—one of the most beautiful beaches in Cabellou, featuring a tobacco shop/café, a wine cellar, and a terrace. <br><br>Enjoy our 600-square-meter enclosed garden for afternoon pétanque and barbecues, our south-facing veranda to take in the sunsets, and our modern, clean, and spacious home. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a large American-style fridge-freezer. Seats up to 12 guests. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, and 5-burner gas stove. Living room with a sofa, armchairs, and ottomans. A wood-burning stove makes for a very cosy winter evening. Separate toilets on each floor, and 2 bathrooms with showers.<br><br>Our home has 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people, making it ideal for family holidays. Just a few minutes from the Cabellou beaches, you can also enjoy numerous coastal walks (Cabellou, Minaouët, Porzou). The centre of Concarneau and its old town are accessible on foot via the coastal path in 25 minutes, or in 10 minutes by bike or car. You can go kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding at high tide right from the front of the house.<br><br>No parking issues (even in the summer): 4 parking spaces are available in front of the house. 3 additional spaces are available in the driveway (enclosed and private) if needed.
