Ground floor: fitted kitchen area (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob), large living room, lounge (DVD player). Laundry room. WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with adjoining full bathroom facilities (floor shower, washbasin, wc), 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Relaxation landing (1 bed 90, reading area). Shower room/wc. Sheets provided but beds not made. Underfloor gas and electric heating included. Parking, open courtyard, carport. Covered terrace with view of the forest and the Rhune. Garden furniture, barbecue. Large unfenced private lot. Near the lake of St Pée-sur-Nivelle and all the shops. Deposit 100 euros/animal. Enjoy the mountain and nature views... just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the Basque coast.
