New, detached, single-story house on a working farm (corn), near another gîte and the owners' house, in a quiet area outside the village. Bright, pleasant, and functional gîte. Magnificent views of the Pyrenees. - Fully equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob, dishwasher). Filter coffee maker and Senseo machine. - Living room (TV, DVD and CD player). Wi-Fi internet access. - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Shower room, toilet. Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Electric heating is extra. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Private covered terrace facing southeast (garden furniture, electric griddle, ping-pong table). Unfenced grounds overlooking fields. Volleyball net. Private parking for 1 car.
