This gated property unit features 11′ ceilings, granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Ice machine is not functioning so know there are ice trays in the freezer for you. TV's in every bedroom and den. Large pantry and closet space. The Moorings offers luxury-level amenities. Among these are a zero entry pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam rooms. Pier access for fishing. Area at end of pier for loading and unloading of boats (15 minute limit) Boat docking is for owners only. Restaurants walking distance or short drive.
