Come visit Lake of the Ozarks! We're located in the Tan-Tar-A Estates in the famous gated Margaritaville resort neighborhood. This 5 bedroom house is the spot everyone wants to hang out at in Margaritaville. The house is right on the water with a beautiful view of the main channel from a private cove. There are 3 levels that have been completely remodeled. The upstairs level has a large living room, a huge open kitchen with 8-foot granite island, and two separate dining tables. The vaulted ceilings and stone pillar really set this room off. Take in the view of the lake from the double sliding doors to the private deck with a fire pit table and a large patio table on the top deck. The house has 5 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom and shower. Two of the bedrooms are double King size beds, two of the bedrooms are double Queen size beds, and the last bedroom is a single King size bed. The bottom level is the main feature of this house. It features a full granite bar with bar-top seating, pool table, poker table, arcade machine with 60 games, and a projection screen TV with recliners. Brand new 3 level composite deck has plenty of space to let everyone spread out and enjoy a great time at the lake. (7 King beds, 2 Queens)

Guys trip

Plenty of room to stay and a ton of bathrooms. The downstairs entertainment area was a very fun hangout area. The three decks were perfect for hanging out outside. This place is in a quiet area and right on the water and easy for Ubers to get to for going out on the town

the property is tired and worn, poor service support

The place was clean, beds and sheets were comfortable, view was very good, and the sleeping conditions were nice. The general condition of the exterior structure (doors, windows and siding) is below par; the windows are foggy, the garbage disposer was broken, sliding doors not sliding well, door handles broken or missing, lighting over sink and range is poor, basic and simple appliance provisions are weak, silverware and plates are less than desirable. We had to go buy our own propane because it ran out and maintenance staff never responded and offered to address it. Very Poor service. I do not recommend this property. FAR Too many unacceptable basic conditions.

Disappointed in lack of cleanliness

The mansion's rooms were adequate in size with beds and bathrooms. The recreation room with pool table, theater, and video gaming was a hit with the kids. But we had kids visiting the mansion and their feet were black because the floors were filthy when the family arrived. A fry pan had no handle. The shower curtains had black mold. Housekeeping was not doing their job!!There were burned out lights and the outside porches could stand some maintenance. A moderate reimbursement would really be appreciated because of the state of filth in the home! I have a picture of my granddaughter's blackened feet because of the floors. Usually we take off our shoes when going into a house but this weekend we put on our shoes so that our feet would not be dirty.

Great location! Perfect size house for our needs! 14 of us, from 10 months old to 72 years old!!

The renting process was easy and exactly as anticipated. Always had great, prompt communication with our owner!! Would recommend!!

Big House with a Bigger View!

We had a great stay! A mixture of adults, young adults and kids. It’s a 3 level house so you got a little exercise in everyday. (Keep the stairs mind with the older adults and toddlers) there is one bedroom on the main floor. The decks off the back are well furnished and comfortable to relax on. The game room in the basement was fun too!

Salon Retreat

Perfect place for all of us to have our own bed. Plenty of space and very relaxing g a quiet neighborhood. We loved sitting on the deck talking drink coffee in the morning and cocktails at night.
