This south-facing house built in Montrouge in the 1920s is a haven of peace and nature in a quiet neighbourhood. It is close to shops and restaurants and only a few minutes' walk from 2 metro stations. Its large terrace overlooking the kitchen allows you to enjoy your meals in a pretty flower garden surrounded by bamboo. The house is decorated with care and equipped with every comfort (video projector and 5.1 sound, sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer, fitness equipment, high-speed wifi, etc). The mattresses are new and of high quality. The house was completely repainted in 2023. All the charm of Paris without feeling like you're in Paris. Ideal for enjoying the most beautiful city in the world and the Olympic Games with family or friends.
