Available the whole month of July. 10-minute walk from the beach, with beach and pool access, passes included. 5-minute walk to great food, safe, and centrally located in a peaceful shore style 3 bedroom house. Dogs welcome, we have 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with a Queen, and 3rd bedroom with twin bed with a second twin pullout for small humans.

Many great features include an open flow floor plan, beautiful kitchen, large family room, spacious master suite, and more. The front porch & rear deck are simply perfect for sunrise, sunset or just people watching. Weber grill for al fresco dining. Access to Peloton, Verizon FIOS, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Apple TV. Sunset boat cruise (maybe even some tubing) by owner on the rivers included! Dog friendly. Next to community park. Close to local grocery and top-rated breakfast spot. Enjoy the sun and seashells!
