About this property
SUMMER RENTAL AVAILABLE - 2 Months July and August in Monmouth Beach
A great family get away at our newly renovated home! The home is in walking distance to the Monmouth Beach Bathing Pavilion beach club.
We are located across the street from the Shrewsbury river, which is wonderful for boating, fishing and paddleboarding. We are two blocks from the free boat ramp!
Less than a block away is the community tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds.
We built our home in 2010, with hard floor through-out. The kitchen opens into the family room with a large island to entertain guests.
First floor also has dining room, den/office, and a full bath.
On the second floor you will find a master bedroom with private full bath and a balcony with beautiful views of the Shrewsbury River. There are 3 additional bedrooms with a shared full bath, with two sinks and a tub, along with a laundry room with front load washer and dryer.
