Horseshoe Bend is a BRAND new 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Great views and privacy. This is a great place for 2 couples or a family.

Each bedroom has a KING bed and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have large SMART tvs and a DVD player. Bring your Netflix passwords!
Each bathroom has a large shower with sliding glass doors. All sheets, blankets and linens provided.

Main living area is open and airy with all the touches you would expect from a mountain cabin. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, ice maker and dishwasher. Large bar area for dining with comfy barstools. All utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, Keurig coffee maker (2 K cups provided) toaster and iced tea maker supplied. Electric fireplace (remote controlled) does provide heat but should not be used as your only heat source. For ambiance mostly.

Full size washer and dryer. (starter laundry items supplied)

Oversized covered front porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. 4 rocking chairs and a picnic table with gas propane grill. On a clear night you can see hundreds of stars. Firewood is not provided, please purchase locally at any nearby gas station. Outdoor firepit with seating for 4. Turn on the twinkle lights to really enjoy the outdoor setting. Marshmallow sticks provided.

Cabin themed decor throughout.

This is a private area with no immediate neighbors. Come get away from it all.

Before you pack up and head to the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!
Dillsboro NC elevation starts at 1,975 feet. Think of this as your starting point. If you want to get a beautiful mountain view, you gotta climb some mountains. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm.
We do have one big hill to get up. It is gravel. We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up. While AWD vehicles make everything easier they are not required. Maintain an even speed (10mph) going up and you should have no issues.

Items NOT provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, items of a personal nature. We do supply hand soap, dish soap, and starter laundry items.


Please note this is a SMOKE FREE property. Ashtray is provided outside on the porch. If the home smells of smoke, you may lose all or part of your damage deposit for additional cleaning and odor removal.

This is a DOG FRIENDLY property, however we ask that you bring a kennel for your pet if you plan to leave him/her alone at the house. We do charge a $45.00 non refundable fee for bringing your pet. If you are bringing your pet YOU MUST select the pet option. If you do not, you will receive an invoice for the pet fee. DOGS ONLY
