Lovely chalet with 5 rooms over 3 floors, approx. 110m2, located 100m from ski slopes in Haute-Nendaz for 8 people.

On the main floor: living room/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen, attic mezzanine with TV and children's games. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

On the lower floor: 2 large bedrooms with 1 double bed (2 mattresses of 90x200 cm), 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink.

In the basement: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and sink.

Available: washing machine and dryer - ski storage - outdoor parking for 3 vehicles

Outside: sunny garden and terrace of 20 m2, southwest facing with terrace furniture, loungers and barbecue. North-facing balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and valley.

The chalet is located in the Clèves district 1.5 km from the center. In winter, access with 4x4 vehicle or chains are recommended. Ideal location for skiing (slopes 100m away).
