This amazing mid-century modern home is the perfect Lido Key getaway for relaxation and vacation in Florida. Steps from private beach access to Lido Key Beach, as well as from the dining, shopping, and nightlife of St. Armand's Circle, this property is truly remarkable. This home includes a heated, private outdoor pool, surrounded by entire walls of sliding glass doors that open into the pool area from the living room/dining room, as well as from the master bedroom. The property has been updated, including a complete kitchen renovation, painting, lighting, and has been completely redecorated. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet with built in closet organizer systems. The property includes high speed wireless internet, with wireless extenders in the home to ensure that high speed internet is available throughout the home and pool area. The air conditioning unit has been replaced with a top of the line unit that also includes a whole-home air purifier ionization system, as well as a UV light system to ensure that viruses, mold, bacteria and allergens are eliminated from the interior of the home.
