We are looking forward to hosting again after recovering from hurricane Helene! Hopefully we will have new interior photos soon. Conveniently located 1\/2 block to Lido Beach and close to the fabulous restaurants and shopping of St. Armands Circle. Private location features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. King size bed in master bedroom. Queen in second bedroom. Spacious living room. Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. 2 color cable TVs. Washer and dryer. Central Air Conditioning and Heat. Gas barbecue grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Owner lives on property.

The free Bay Runner Trolly stops 1/2 block away. Takes you thru St. Armand’s Circle and into downtown Sarasota and South Lido Park.

The best!

Great Location & Hosts!

The location is the best thing about this property! Across the street from the public beach to watch sunsets and a short walk to stores and restaurants at St Armands Circle. The hosts, Karl and Jo, were responsive and accommodating - very friendly. We're looking forward to future stays!

Great place to stay on Lido Beach

This was the best VRBO that we stayed at. Clean, private courtyard, spacious, accommodating owners , they provided all the beach equipment. And Best of all across the street to the beach. Two blocks to the public pool, and four blocks to st Armands key.

Family Vacation

We had a great time during our family vacation! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Only part that was hard was locating the property because it didn’t pull up correctly on google maps.

We have been staying at this house for several years and find it comfortable. The owners are very friendly and respond to any concerns quickly. Beach access is great and it is located in short walking distance to St. Armonds Circle.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, and in a great location. The hosts live on-site, but we had full privacy. Saw them in passing a few times and they were super nice and welcoming. Having full access to the courtyard area and the grill was a bonus! We will definitely look to stay here again when in Lido.

convenient location

We spent a week, everything was as described in listing. Perfect spot especially if you don't have a vehicle. Beautiful sunsets right across the street.....Carl and Jo are very pleasant and were quick to respond to our questions . Would definitely recommend.

Quiet Cozy Beach Vacation

Love this home! Well maintained! The linens were upscale- soft and cool to the touch. Enjoyed many meals in the cozy courtyard. Great location to Lido Beach and downtown St. Armands circle. The owners are available for any questions you may have. Highly recommend staying here for a refreshing vacation!

Great Location

My wife and I had a great time in Sarasota. The house we stayed in was everything that we needed. Plenty of space, privacy, amenities, walked to the beach everyday and all kinds of activities to do around us. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this place t anyone. Perfect family retreat

Jo and Carl were incredible hosts - warm, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome. The location is fabulous and the unit has everything we needed to cook, do laundry, and enjoy some downtime as a family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was a truly magical Christmas!

Cute Lido Key Beach Bungalow

My family enjoyed our two-week stay on Lido Key. The condo is a short walk to the beach and the hosts provide a cart, chairs, cooler and umbrella. It is also 5 minutes to St. Armands where you can enjoy good shopping and great restaurants. We even cooked at the condo and used the outdoor grill. The backyard is a peaceful and well kept. The hosts provide everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Lido D&M

We had a nice stay at this place. Good location, quiet most of the time, and a short walk to the beach. They had a wagon, chairs, and a cooler for the beach (could use an ice pack in the freezer). The front door lock has to be replaced, sometimes it works, sometimes it takes a number of tries to get it locked. Don't want to deal with this when we're on vacation. The only down side really is that it could use some updating. The beds were not good. The king size bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. The other bed wasn't the best either. A suggestion would be to invest in some good mattresses or at least some mattress toppers. Good sleep is very important to us when we are on vacation. A few more things for cooking should be added (like aluminum foil, sugar, etc). Unfortunately there is a big construction project next door, so during the day Mon - Fri, not so quiet. Over all it is a great place to stay. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We hope to return in the future.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. It is an easy walk to the beach but a quiet street. The kitchen was fully outfitted with cookware and dishes to allow us to eat in most of the time. The furniture was comfortable and it was very nice to be able to do laundry on site so we could travel more lightly on the plane. The owners were very helpful as well.

Best place in Lido Key!

Not only was this the most affordable choice in the area the owner was very nice and provided literally anything you could need. Not a single complaint at all ! Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortably ideal.

Ideal location for beach and easy reach to St Armands Circle. Everything we needed was there and very comfortable and relaxing which is just what we wanted. Carl was there to meet us to ensure we were all checked in and then he left us to relax. Will be back again as soon as we can. Highly recommended.

Great Location!

This property is located one block from Lido beach and a few blocks from Armand Circle (shopping / restaurants / drinks). It is a 2 minute walk from the rental to the beach pavilion, which offers drinks and food. The owners provide beach chairs and an umbrella that can be toted in a 3 wheel cart over to the beach. There is a ramp that you can use to take the cart out onto the beach. The rental has it’s own entrance that leads to an open space before you get to the front door. There is an outdoor table and chairs where you can eat meals or play cards, if it’s not too hot out! We used the grill to cook dinner two of the nights we were there. The owners are very nice and talked with us to see if we needed anything. There is a washer and dryer available for use. The interior is as described and worked very well for us. The refrigerator has an ice maker, which was awesome to have! I recommend this place to those who like to spend time at the beach. It’s in a great location. We would definitely come back in the future.
