The primary suite features a king bed with ensuite full bathroom, the second bedroom has a cozy queen, and the third offers two twin beds—plus there's a twin sofa bed by the fireplace for extra space and added charm.



Unwind in the open-concept living area with a large Smart TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Enjoy warm evenings by the fireplace or whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped, modern kitchen.



Step into the game room for family fun, or head outside to the large, fenced backyard with a spacious deck, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area—perfect for al fresco meals. After a day on the lake or slopes, soak in the private jetted hot tub under the mountain stars.

Fun family escape

We had a great time at Camp Happy Buffaloes. We all enjoyed the games, and the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and the property manager was quick to respond and help out. The location is very convenient and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

The pictures are exactly how the home looks. It’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, marinas. Perfect location. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing. You can’t go wrong renting this home.

Perfect Summer Family Getaway

The home was very clean, entertaining, relaxing, comfortable and great location to everything in town! Family with 2 kids 7/9yrs had a blast! The jacuzzi was am unexpected perk during the summer nights as well. The beds and pillows are very comfortable as well. Plenty of extra blankets if needed as well. The ac was a HUGE bonus during the heat waves. We will DEFINITELY be back to rebook!

Family friendly rental

We stayed here for two nights. The beds were perfect for my family of 5 and the teepee in the kid room was fun for my 6 year old to play in. The kids had a blast in the game room even though it was a bit chilly since it was a garage. It seemed to unfaze them! The kitchen and bathroom were definitely older but the whole place was decorated very nicely. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to empty my own trash or I was fined by the property manager. I didn’t expect that. Also it smelled like bleach the whole time we were there, maybe better air fresheners.

Amazing house and location!

Loved this house! Had kids ages 1-8 and this place was perfect. Inside the tent room and the video game were a huge hit. So many activities in the large backyard and garage. Everything was clean and well stocked. Also loved the location, 5 minutes to any grocery store or shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a vacation rental in big bear!

Perfect cabin at the perfect price

I would have to say this was the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. It was updated well and even had Apple TV and cable. We enjoyed the fireplace and the kids loved the downstairs game room. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. Being able to use the washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Communication was amazing throughout our stay and they even checked in on us. We would definitely stay here again.
