Now through April 20th, ski or snowboard at 4 different nearby resorts, or sled down Magic Mountain just down the street, or in the backyard. You will be just minutes from the Village, which is the central hub, where they host all the festivals and can enjoy music, shops, and restaurants. If you haven't experienced Big Bear in Spring, we have the most spectacular blooms end of April through the end of summer in June with photo opps galore as the hiking trails start to open back up.

Enjoy the Spring season at this clean, renovated designer home nestled in one of the best locations with walking proximity to the Village, Lake, and a short drive to other activities. With a modern-scandanavian style and a touch of Big Bear charm, this cabin truly brings the outdoors in through the bright-lit windows showing peekaboo views to the lake, partial views to the mountains, and the rest of the cabin capturing the elegance of the surrounding forest. This cabin was designed with providing a 5-star hotel experience with your personal relaxing and family needs in mind. We spoil you with a bells and whistles jacuzzi under the stars, a high-perch soak tub with a view, entertainment loft, gaming corner, work space, 3 large screen TVs, fireplace and stretch/yoga equipment for recovery from hard adventures. Gather with the family around the fire pit with hot chocolates and tell stories after a boating or hiking adventure. BBQ on the wrap-around deck under the forest or cook in our chef’s dream kitchen with high-end appliances. Enjoy our coffee and tea bar, on us! Hosts provide great hospitality and concierge on Big Bear.
Our 3 sleeping areas with 2 queen beds and 1 queen futon and 2 full bathrooms accommodates up to 6 guests. Electric charger and washer/dryer & supplies included!

Great house for weekend getaway

This house and location were wonderful. The house is completely updated and comes stocked with outdoor necessities like corn hole, a bbq and hot tub! Location was great and a short walk to The Village and other stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We picked Big Bear because we love outdoor adventures. Vista Haus is close to Snow Summit our favorite place to go downhill mountain biking and skiing as well as just a short walk to the lake. We love that we are so close to the Village that way we can be part of the action but still able to experience the serenity of the forest. Everything is pretty much within 10-minutes driving.

What makes this property unique

We wanted to offer a cabin that breaks from rustic and offers that higher-end feel. Vista Haus embodies a clean, modern-mid-century design along with high-end finishes, textiles, and appliances paired with touches of hospitality such as our complimentary coffee and tea bar and yoga/stretch kit aimed at bringing about full pampering and relaxation after a fun challenging adventure in the mountains or on the lake. We are super close to the lake so a sunrise/sunset walk is a must, along with BBQ lunches on the deck, stories around the fire pit at night, and long soak in one of the 2 jacuzzi's! Vista Haus is also remote work friendly and the scenery will inspire the best in you.
