Waterfront two story condo

Welcome to Cliffside Paradise! Nestled among the hills in the quiet part of Canandaigua Lake, our condo is located on the west side of the lake so you will have beautiful sunrises in the morning! Enjoy all that the finger lakes have to offer! Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

This two story 1113 ft condo features one king BR with balcony, additional BR with two queens, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and 1.5 baths. Newly renovated kitchen and updated furnishings/ decor throughout. Entrance to the condo, kitchen, living/dining room, balcony and half bath are on the main floor. Both bedrooms and full bath are located on the lower floor. Master bedroom with black out shade and room darkening curtains. Work space and 50” TV in each bedroom for your convenience. Two balconies to enjoy your coffee, morning yoga with the sunrise (two mats provided), dinner alfresco or just simply take in the stunning views! Living room with 70” TV and 60" linear electric Napolean fireplace. Hotel style heating and cooling units located in the kitchen, living room and each bedroom. Maximum two vehicles allowed. One assigned covered parking spot located directly in front of the unit and one additional vehicle can be parked on opposite side of garage which is also covered in the guest parking.

Guest access:
Elevator to access private sand beach for Bristol Harbor residents is located approximately 300 steps from the condo. New HOA rules state renters cannot use the beach on Saturdays and Sundays as well as Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day, only residents. There is a beach five minutes down the road by car! The Clubhouse is located .4 miles from the condo across the street where you will have access to the basketball courts and playground.
Short term renters not allowed to go inside the clubhouse, use fire pits, kayaks or community gas grill for liability reasons per recently updated rental rules established by the HOA. Pickleball courts may be used after 3pm since it is very popular with residents here.

Rules:
Bristol Harbour is a quiet community. In order to comply with HOA rules and be respectful of neighbors, no loud noise 10pm-8am, no parties or events. No parking of boat trailers/boats allowed on the property. Max guests both overnight and during the day is four.

Beautiful Lakeside Condo!

We had a marvelous stay at this property! The condo was immaculate and had gorgeous views of the lake. We enjoyed dining and reading books on the deck. We also very much enjoyed the beach. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Our host was great with communications. We are already looking into booking our next stay!

The condo is the perfect location for exploring Naples and Canandaigua. Short (and beautiful) drive to various restaurants, shops, and wineries. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay and hope to return!

The Perfect time with family

My mom, sister and I stayed at this lovely condo for a few nights. The view was so serene and weather was perfect except one rainy day. It was a short drive to Rose Tavern where we ate several times. The food is delicious there! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo.

Excellent Weeklong Family Trip

The apartment/townhouse was gorgeous, well stocked, clean, and the view was amazing. It was well-located and in a very nice community. We took extremely good use of the entire complex's facilities. The beds were also very comfortable, and the balcony at night with the moon shining on the lake was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Women’s weekend

Bristol Harbor Cliffside Condo

We have stayed at various Bristol Harbor condos and really enjoyed this property. Greatest place to sit and enjoy a bird’s eye view of the lake from the two balconies. The master bed was super comfy, the living areas nicely set up and lovely styling. Big tv with Netflix was enjoyed. New kitchen with all needed equipment. Super responsive hosts.

Relaxing Getaway! Beautiful View!

My husband and I stayed for a relaxing, winter getaway. The condo was nicely updated. . The living room had a very comfortable couch in front of fireplace with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen had all the necessities. Bedrooms where comfortable. Master bedroom has a balcony as well. It was cold so we were not outside, but it looked like a very comfortable place to be. Condo has covered parking which is a huge plus during the cold months. Overall we really enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

Nice Condo at the Chosen Spot

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had five adults and stayed comfortably. The decor is very nice. The kitchen is especially well done with beautiful tile, counters, and cabinets. It is well-appointed with kitchenware for anything you would need to cook. The whole condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens, towels, etc., and all nice quality. The owner was responsive. The best part is the view of the Chosen Spot... Canandaigua Lake. Two balconies give you private outdoor access. The beach had plenty of chairs and tables with shade. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Time on the Finger Lakes

We stayed at this condo for a long "girls weekend" getaway. Can't rave about it enough! The views were jaw-droppingly spectacular, and the amenities and cleanliness were superb. It was so cozy and comfortable, and Amy, the owner, was excellent. No issues, great communication, and checking in and out was a breeze. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Finger Lakes region. One of the best parts was the elevator access to the private community beach--we sat out there for part of every day and hardly anyone else was around! The water was even still warm enough to take a dip. Overall, just a fun and relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back.

Cliffside Paradise

Cliffside Paradise is spectacular! For a group 1-6 it is a must when spending time at Canandaigua Lake. We there is spend time with our family that lives close by. It was a great experience. Waking up to see views of the lake right on the lake. Coffee in the morning on the master bedroom balcony and cocktails and wine with appetizers on the balcony in the evening was serene. Warm sunshine on your face on the beach and cool lake water to refresh during the day right on the property. Wineries, restaurants to enjoy with family and friends. So much more to see and do. Amy and Brian thought of everything, not missing a thing! A magical place.

Family Weekend Getaway

When you arrive, you never want to leave! My husband and I spent the weekend at Amy’s condo with our boys and it was the best, most relaxing weekend we have had in a long time. Typically we would have to entertain our boys, but the condo was well equipped with a PS4 which my boys loved and the clubhouse where my boys spent hours at. We felt safe, the condo was well cleaned, beautiful and so relaxing! We also love how quiet it was, which is something my husband and I deeply valued. Amy was very accommodating and always stayed in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we checked in okay. I cannot wait to come back and my boys are already saying they want to be back at Amy’s condo.
