Relax at Fritztown 1910! Home built in 1910 when the locals called Fredericksburg Fritztown. Great for Mid-Term stays with fast WiFi for working from home. Garage rental and washer dryer included in price! Made from historic Basse Block (and Roos). Stately, white iron fence leads to spacious yard. Enjoy country breezes and tank house views on roomy, contoured Adirondack chairs on the porch or at the fire pit. Unwind in the rocking chairs on the west balcony. Nap in the hammock under the pecan and live oak trees. Hardwood floors throughout including longleaf pine upstairs. All new furnishings and upscale touches.

Cozy living room with white leather sectional couch and two upholstered chairs.
Quaint kitchen with ample amenities.
Large table in dining room comfortably accommodates 10+ guests.

We stayed about 32 days. The hosts were very nice. The home reminded me of my grandmother’s. The house is over 100 years old so not in perfect condition, but it has most of the things that you need. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, and we enjoyed it very much!

Perfect period house

We loved this home for our girls' weekend. Plenty of space, beds comfortable, linens nice, kitchen great and outdoor adirondacks were perfect for morning coffee. It is a bit of a walk to get downtown, but if you are a walker - it isn't any problem. Rent this place!

Fredericksburg has always held a special place in our hearts so owning a Vacation Rental property here makes it even more special.
