Do you want to visit the Black Forest alone, with your entire family or with your friends - why not- ? Would you like to spend some time with your pet in the pure nature? No problem: you just found the solution.

It is situated in the very center of the city, less than five minutes away from the cathedral dome and the international school (Kolleg St. Blasien). Five minutes by car? No, on foot! You can easily leave your car in front of the building in your reserved parking lot and then stroll about in the city center.

Nothing is missing in this well-furnished, 55 m² apartment: there is a spacious and bright living-room with cable TV and free Wi-Fi, a balcony with view on the cathedral dome cupola (the third-largest cupola of a religious building in Europe), a small but well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer and many cupboards), a restroom with shower and a wide window and finally a large and airy master bedroom.
You will also have a reserved parking lot at your disposal!
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, but you are free to do it on the balcony. Moreover, the view from there is extraordinary!


Are you here to visit a relative or an acquaintance who is in the clinic of St. Blasien/ in the lungs clinic (Lungenfachklinik) / in the rehabilitation clinic (Rehabilitationsklinik) / in the Luisenheim nursing home? Then this apartment is perfect for you! It is a two-minute walk away from all four centers.
If you are very active and you are looking for adventure in the uncontaminated nature you will love this last option: just 10 meters away from the door of the building there are two accesses to the woods, one of which being the “Philosopher road” (Pilosophenweg). It is rich of trails and offers a wonderful view of the entire city center and of the surrounding green woods.
What else do you need to be convinced?

Mode of transport

In St. Blasien you will find a big bus station (a 7 minute walk away from the apartment), that links the city with the surrounding area.
Moreover, right in front of the apartment you will find your own private parking lot (number five).

Road directions: how to arrive at the apartment

By car:

A5 Highway: take it until you reach Freiburg-Mitte, then continue on the B31 towards Donaueschingen; once arrived at Titisee-Neustadt go on the B500 until you reach Häusern and then turn in the direction of St. Blasien.

A81 highway: take it until you reach Dreieck Bad Dürrheim. Once there take the A864, then take the Donaueschingen exit and drive on the B31 in the direction of Freiburg. When you arrive at Titisee-Neustadt take the B500 up to Häusern and there turn in the direction of St. Blasien.

From Switzwerland: drive to Koblenz/AG and cross the border in the direction of Waldshut. After the frontier post turn to the left and take the exit in the direction of Häusern/Titisee-Neustadt. Cross the bridge and take the B500 and, once arrived at Häusern, turn to the left towards St. Blasien.

Once in St. Blasien: take the first exit of the roundabout (towards the town center – Ortsmitte). When you are in front of the Sparkasse turn to the right, follow the road turns until you reach the nursing home (Seniorenresidenz) and turn to the left. You have now arrived at the apartment building!

Travel by train and by bus:
Reach the Schluchsee-Seebrugg train station. From there on take the Bus or a Taxi to St. Blasien. Once in the city follow the directions written in the previous point.
If you inform us with precision and in advance of the time of your arrival we will ensure that someone comes and accompanies you to the apartment – but only if you explicitly request it.
