Cozy detached house with large terrace-garden and beautiful sea views. It is located in a quiet area from Fané de Dalt (Llançà), 1 km. away from the beach and 2 km. away from the center. It has 3 double bedrooms (1 with double bed, 2 with twin beds), a well-lit living-dining room (equipped with TV + TNT), kitchen (equipped with oven, washing-machine and microwave), bathroom, guest toilet, garden and terrace overlooking the sea. Kitchen and bathromm renovated in april 2024 and air conditioning. It includes outdoor parking space. The lodgment is ideal for those families who are looking for a secluded and peaceful place to fully enjoy the coast of Cap de Creus. [hidden]
