The cottage has been updated with AC upstairs, a renovated kitchen in 2021, and a newly-renovated upstairs bathroom in 2023. The cottage has a large yard with a deck and a fire pit. Whatever your outdoor sports or interests, this home is conveniently located in one of the best areas to enjoy what Northern Michigan has to offer.

Birdsong Cottage is perfectly located - in the Village of Beulah, close to Crystal Lake, in a lovely spot of woods, and close to The Cherry Hut.
What makes this property unique
Birdsong Cottage was built in the 1930s. We can tell that the previous owners loved the house and kept much of the original historic features of the house intact, and we resolve to preserve and restore it. We have refinished the original maple floors, renovated the kitchen, and matched the gorgeous original built-in cabinetry. During renovation, we discovered that the builder used Byrkit Lath to sheathe the interior walls - tongue and groove boards into which wet plaster was pressed, to make strong waterproof walls. This cozy cottage is perfect for year-round living.
