Ripken Tournament

Excellent stay while we played a tournament at Ripken. 10 minute drive to the complex so easy to run back and forth. Property owner was very responsive and gave recommendations. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice Place

Joann’s place was just as described and responded quickly to any questions that I had. The kitchen is equip with anything you need, the beds sleep very comfortably. You can sit out on the deck and enjoy a cup of coffee. The condo is in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The elevator was a plus since the condo is on the 3rd floor. We will coming back to stay here in the future.

The Place was great! Jo-Ann (the owner) was excellent to deal with. the place was located in a great area. We had an issue the toaster. I mentioned it to Jo-Ann and she sent an new one over that night. The living and Dining area were very spacious. Couch had to great recliners. I only thing I would mention is that there are 2-Single beds in the 3rd Bedroom. (Which was advertised) great for kids,They were a little small if you have any guys 6ft or taller. Which we did. Overall the condo was a great fit for our family. The pictures online are exactly what you see in person. We did have some issues with the linen service but it was fixed within 24hrs. We locked ourselves out of the condo and that was taken care of. The cleaning crew could’ve done a better job cleaning the home because there was items under the bed and bathroom in refrigerator left behind from the previous occupants. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will more than likely stay again. Property Owner/ manager was great at communicating and addressing our concerns.

Myrtle Beach stay

Let me just say that my stay was amazing. My family and I were so happy that we were able to find such an awesome condo. The property owner was very kind stayed in constant contact with me .The condo had everything we needed and more.. I would most definitely recommend that you stay here…. When we return to Myrtle we will be staying here again as long as it’s available :)

We live in New Jersey and found one of our favorite vacation spots in Myrtle Beach! We love to travel. We work hard and like coming home to a comfortable place! Eventually we want to retire to the Myrtle Beach area. We are foodies and there are lots of great restaurants we have found in the area and lots to do. We also enjoy cooking at home or eating out on our patio. I am a solar consultant in New Jersey and love meeting new people and experiencing new things.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the privacy and peaceful environment. There is a lot of light coming in from the windows and 2 sets of sliding doors. We have decorated it and furnished it to be a comfortable place to be. We hope you find it to be the same for you. We are on the 3rd floor so no one is above us and there is an elevator which comes in handy bringing things up and down. We really like the fact that there are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are also not right on top of each other so everyone has privacy. We enjoy the balcony which spreads the entire width of the condo. Each bedroom and the living room have smart tv’s and ceiling fans with lights.
We are close to everything. You can spend the day at the pool or go to the beach or a state park beach. The attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, lots of restaurants, the Wax Museum which our grandchildren just loved, mini golf, shopping, outlets and so much more are close by.

What makes this property unique

We are on World Tour golf course and on River Oaks Drive which has many golf courses. You have use of the pool, grills and the gym or you can go to the clubhouse for drinks, breakfast or lunch.
