Amazing location in Surf City, N.C. Walking distance to neighborhood park, grocery/bait store, restaurants, and much more. 3 bedrooms/ 2.5 bath townhouse. Decks on two levels, private walkway to the beach. Clean bed linens/towels are placed in a plastic container in each room for guests to use. TWO car MAX in driveway. Check out time is 9:30am Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to ensure units are not overloaded.

Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.

Awesome Christmas vacation!

The property was incredible. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect to get to where we wanted to go. Our host, Michelle, was incredible. She had great recommendations for us on activities and places to eat. Our son and daughter enjoyed playing on the beach with all the toys provided. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Could not have been better

This was my first time using VRBO. The property was even better than described. Every thing that you could possibly think that you might need was provided for you. Our host was as friendly and accommodating as anyone could possibly be. Every concern of question we had prior to coming she very quick to respond, and help us every step of the way with all our needs. We would highly recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful, oceanfront condo. This was a celebration of my wife’s birthday, and I know it’s one she will never forget. Thank you thank you thank you to our host.

Lovely beach out just steps from the water

This was our second stay and we loved it. The house is fully stocked and the location is amazing. We love being on the beach, the view is breathtaking, and listening to the crashing waves 24/7 is beyond soothing.

Weekend Getaway
