Welcome to Wells! Lovely nine room Moody Point beach house.
Lovely newer beach house featuring 3 levels of living space. Large backyard, perfect for cookouts, lawn games and cocktails. Ocean is at the end of the road just .2 miles away. Walk to beaches or hop on free trolley to visit galleries and antique shops. Sleep peacefully with the sounds and smell of the Atlantic.
On the first floor you will find a large eat in kitchen open to fireplaced living room, as well as a good sized dining room. There is a half bath on this level and a bright, airy sunroom that opens to a deck and backyard. On the second floor are three light filled rooms including the master. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and private deck. Full bath off of hallway.
On the lower level is a large family room with additional beds and extra refrigerator. The fourth bedroom is on this level, quite large with a good sized closet.
4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, beach towels, and beach toys for your use.
*please note during July and August the house rental period is Saturday through Saturday with a 7 night minimum
