Updated open concept Kitchen, dining Area and Living Room with TV. A roomy seasonal closed-in porch with TV. Convenient first floor bedroom with queen bed. Second Floor offers 2 spacious bedrooms-one with a king and other with 2 full size beds and twin . Bathroom with tub only completes this floor. All bedrooms have ceilings fans and new mini split air condition units for the warm nights. Crisp White bed linens and bath towels are offered as well as beach towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, cooking essentials, mini split air-conditioning and plenty of seating for family and friends to gather. Full size washer and dryer located in first floor bathroom.
