Réservation disparue lors de notre arrivée à l'appart hôtel. Relogement dans un autre appartement plus petit. Propreté très approximative (forte odeur de tabac, toile d'araignée, poussière sur les meubles...)

Reservamos un apartamento para 6 personas en el apartahotel Bellini y la experiencia con la gestión fue muy mala.Lo primero a tener en cuenta es que Bellini no tiene recepción propia. El check-in hay que hacerlo en el apartahotel de al lado. El problema es que, según nos explicaron allí, no tienen sincronizada la base de datos de reservas con Abritel ni con otras plataformas como Booking, lo que provocó un overbooking.Cuando llegamos, nuestra reserva aparecía, pero no tenían apartamento disponible. Después de un rato, nos asignaron un apartamento que, al abrirlo, ya estaba ocupado. Como no les quedaban apartamentos para 6 personas, intentaron darnos dos apartamentos de 4 plazas, pero uno de ellos también estaba ocupado con gente dentro.Finalmente, como no podían ofrecernos alojamiento en Bellini, nos alojaron en el otro apartahotel, que es de una cadena importante y está francamente muy bien. Por tanto, no puedo valorar las instalaciones de Bellini, ya que nunca llegamos a alojarnos allí. Sí puedo decir que los empleados del establecimiento vecino fueron correctos y trataron de ayudarnos en todo momento, aunque daba la impresión de que tenían que asumir los problemas derivados de la mala gestión de Bellini.Por lo visto el propietario de los apartamentos Bellini es también el director del otro apartahotel.En resumen, la reserva aqui no ofrece garantías reales de disponer del alojamiento.

Que a NADIE se le ocurra reservar con este impresentable, cobrar si cobro al momento de hacer la reserva, pero después ni aparecer, nos llega un correo unos dias antes con la información, el número de habitación...Llega el dia te levantas a las 5 de la mañana preparas a los niños el gato y todo lo que tienes que llevar, conduces mas de 800 kilómetros, llegas y no se presenta nadie, le mandas mensajes a Jean-Mark y no contesta le llamamos por teléfono y tampoco. Me pongo en contacto con VRBO tratan de localizarle y tampoco da señales de vida. Después la forma de proceder de VRBO tampoco es clara, teniendo mas apartamentos disponibles tenemos que aceptar una cancelación sin saber dónde demonios vamos a dormir ese día (con 2 niños el gato ...) y buscar otra cosa, las opciones las tenia que haber gestionado VRBO directamente y no tener que hacer y pagar nosotros otra reserva de mas del doble que ya habíamos pagado en la anterior reserva y ahora a esperar a que se abone lo que se nos debe, que no tengo duda de que se nos devolverá el dinero pero no veo normal que lo tengamos que adelantar nosotros.
