Welcome to your relaxing desert getaway, minutes from downtown Palm Springs, airport, and close to all desert cities. This private 3 bed, 2 bath home includes a large backyard with beautiful pool and hot tub. Perfect for a family or couples. The home features every amenity you could ask for, from lush bedding to chic furniture to outdoor decor and activities. Kitchen comes fully stocked with everything ready for a dinner party. Every guest's comfort is in mind!

This house is also set up for 30 day minimum rentals.

The Space:
Beautiful, spacious, great natural light, with relaxing pool and spa. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, granite countertops, appliances, all kitchen amenities, washer and dryer. Perfect for your Desert getaway!!

House is fully furnished with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, sofa bed, and couch. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, cooking items, utensils, keurig coffee machine (including some pods and tea flavors), etc. Included is dining table set, plus outdoor dining table, propane bbq grill (propane tank included), fire pit, cabana style seating, and lounge chairs.

We provide a starter pack of consumable items (i.e. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, utensils etc.). If you are a very large group or have a long stay, we encourage you to buy additional supplies.

Guest access:
The entire home will be accessible (except for hallway closet which is for owner use only). There is space for 3 cars on the driveway

Other things to note:
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

If it is particularly windy, please put the outdoor pillows and pool toys in the garage overnight.

Pool is about 5 feet deep and NOT meant for diving. Please watch your children at the pool and swim at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended by the pool.

Free spa and firepit heating. Pool heating is $70 per day. This extra charge should be paid prior to checking in. Any tampering of the heating equipment will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years old, please send Government Issued ID before check in.

No more than 6 overnight guests are permitted by the city.

3 cars maximum can be parked during your stay, cars can be parked in the driveway

Outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound shall not be heard beyond the property line.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. No hanging out in the front of the house or disturbing the neighbors. No parking in front of neighbors houses, only use the driveway and if needed, the front of our house.

Backyard includes large Jenga, Connect Four, pool floaties, BBQ, fire pit, cooler, misting system, and everything else for a relaxing great time.

The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited.

For security purposes, the security cameras are installed in front of the house (doorbell and garage) and side of house (facing front), not at the backyard. Audio and video record at time of detection.

Twice weekly pool service is provided. The pool service person will only have access to the pool. They do not have access to the house. Gardeners come once a week.

Please no smoking and for chewing gum, don’t throw it on or stick it on the concrete floor (dispose properly).

We ask that you respect and take care of this home as if it was your own.

Additional House Rules (please read):

No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is to travel outside the property walls. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may be available for purchase prior to
arrival. Arrivals before 4:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out
times), without prior written agreement and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 4:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 4:00 P.M

House accommodates 3 total cars (2 in the driveway and one in front of the house). No garage parking is available.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, and will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, which will be deducted from your security deposit, as well as a case being opened through the booking channel you made your reservation on to assess any additional damages due to the smoke. This includes but is not limited to tampering with the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Pets are not allowed unless specifically discussed and approved in writing by prior to checking-in. Unannounced pets will result in a fine of $500, which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Furnishings should be respected as if it were your own home. This home comes fully furnished and everything is accounted for; any damaged or missing furniture will be assessed and documented and will be taken out of security deposit. Please do not move the furniture.

BBQ is a guest responsibility and requires cleaning after each use. If the BBQ is left in an excessively dirty condition, an excess cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the security deposit. Please make sure the propane has been turned off after use.

Pool is not permitted to children under the age of 18 at any time without adult supervision. Additionally, there isn’t a safety gate around the pool. The pool and spa are prohibited from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

Pool Heating may be purchased prior to your arrival. Please note, the pool /spa heater may not be used to heat the pool unless you have paid the pool/spa heating fee in advance of your arrival. The pool/spa heat is controlled from an app that you don’t have access to. This is a residential pool/spa heater, not a commercial one, therefore the pool and spa can’t be heated concurrently. If you have paid to heat the pool/spa, the pool heat will be on unless you are using the spa. Please message me 40 minutes in advance of wanting to turn the spa heat on and I will turn it on for you

The firepit must be turned off at 10:00 P.M. each night.

Please do not expose bedding or bathroom towels to any makeup. Makeup towels are provided in each bathroom and extra makeup towels are the responsibility of the guest. If towels have makeup and cannot be cleaned, there will be a charge for replacement of towels and/or damaged bedding (i.e. sheets, pillow cases).
