Minor disappointment

The apartment is well located, within easy walking distance of the Vatican and there are several great restaurants nearby. The windows are well insulated, and even with the window open, the car wash operating under the apartment is not disturbing. I think the noise on the street is greater. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean. What was disappointing for us: kitchen and terrace. No microwave, cheese grater, pasta filter, sofa set incomplete, barbecue was out of place.

Saubere Wohnung mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Kleine macken in der Küche und der Terrasse, aber da kann man drüber wegsehen. Zu Fuß keine zehn Minuten zum Petersplatz

Unsauber, nahezu ekelhaft

Bilder können täuschen: Die im Angebot sehr angenehm dargestellte Wohnung fand sich unsauber, ja schmierig. In der Küche, die unvollständig ausgestattet war, hatten wir den Eindruck überall kleben zu bleiben. Für vier Personen waren gerade mal drei Kaffeelöffel vorhanden. Drei völlig überflüssige Fernsehgeräte ersetzen keineswegs die sonstigen Mängel des Appartements, die sämtlich aufzuzählen hier gar nicht möglich wäre und daher unterbleiben muss. Fazit: Nie wieder und völlig überteuert!!!

Gute Lage jedoch renovierungsbedürftig

Die Lage des Appartments mit 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Vatikan ist super! Jedoch ist die Wohnung schon in einem desolaten Zustand und bräuchte eine dringende Renovierung; zB wegen Schimmel im Bad und lockeren Sockelleisten am Gang.

Heerlijk appartement op prima locatie

Mooi en schoon appartement, vlak achter het Vaticaan. Wij waren er 6 nachten in de winter en hebben weinig gebruik gemaakt van het terras, wat feitelijk de woonkamer is. Toch hebben we geen binnen woonkamer gemist. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en we konden prima zitten aan de tafel in de keuken. De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar via whatsapp. Sint Pieter en Engelenburcht prima aan te lopen, de bus die vlakbij stopt kan je nemen voor overige bezienswaardigheden.

Schlafzimmer: Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und die Betten sind sehr gut. Lange Schlafen ist aufgrund des Lärms aus der Waschanlage im Erdgeschoss nicht möglich. Küche: Geschirrspüler und Wasserkocher defekt. Mikrowelle fehlt. Geschirr vorhanden aber tlw. nicht für 4 Personen einheitlich. Terasse: Grill fehlt. Sofa gem. Foto fehlt. Sonnendach sehr zerschlissen, flattert im Wind und regnet durch. Bad: Duschkopf hängt sehr locker. Wi-Fi: keine Verbindung möglich. Fernseher: kein Empfang

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, M., die Schlüsselhalterin, ist eine Perle. Restaurant, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Vatikan kann man laufen :-)

Très bonne localisation et au calme

Très bonne localisation et au calme dans une petite rue Bus pour le vatican et le centre ville et un carrefour market à 90 mètres . Un très bon restaurant à 30 mètres. Appartement très bien et agréable. F. et son fils très sympathique Point négatif : manque un micro-ondes et une bouilloire électrique. Personnellement je ne sais pas me servir des plaques à gaz. C est mon copain qui a du le faire pour moi.

L'appartement est à environ 30mn à pied du métro et sous 36° c'est loin. Pas de wifi pendant 4 jours sur la semaine et des travaux journaliers matin et soir. Mais très bon accueil de F. et une clim qui marche très bien. Appartement fonctionnel avec superbe terrasse agréable et proche du Vatican.

Soluzione confortevole e accogliente

Casa dotata di tutti i confort, arredata con “ calore” , con un ampio terrazzo che la stagione non ci ha consentito di apprezzare . Ad un passo da San Pietro ( 20 min Max) e in una zona servita da mezzo e con molti negozi e banche .
