Beautiful split level holiday apartment for two people, located on first and second floors of the old semaphore.-On 1st level, a beautiful and luminous living room with kitchen area, dining area and lounge area, opening onto the private terrace. Shower room with walk-in shower and WC.- Upstairs, a beautiful bedroom with queen bed 160x200.Outside, a private terrace area with garden furniture, adjoining the terrace of the gîte #56G169138.Private parking common to the 4 semaphore apartments. Set down your suitcases in Plouhinec, here the old shop in the village "Le Sémaphore" has been renovated and gives way to 4 apartments located a stone's throw from Magouër, a small port in the Ria D'Etel, an ideal place to discover the charm of of southern Brittany, from a privileged site. Discover the large beaches with Blue flag, large classified dune site. Near the "Côté Hoedic" apartment, you have a large enclosed play area for children with swings and a slide, on the edge of a small family beach on the Ria. You will find all shops nearby. Beautiful duplex holiday apartment, for two people, located on the first and second floors of the former business "Le Sémaphore" in Plouhinec, South Brittany!
