The check inand check out was easy. First impressions were disappointing as the floors still had remnants of the previous guests. Sofa had food crumbs. Bedroom shelves very dusty. All fans were also full of dust. Contacted the host and he indicated a cleaner would be sent next day however that did not happen during our 4 day stay therefore we never went bare feet. Location was great. Walking distance to everything. Lot's of restaurants, shops, grocery store Dishes needed to be washed before using. No soap or shampoo but we were prepared for this.

Paris-Nice

Came with friends to watch Paris-Nice cycling race. Great access to the last two stages and the apartment was in an ideal Location, clean, tidy and spacious.Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and would happily book this apartment again. The location is unbeatable—about a 5-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to Old Town, and 15 minutes to the train station. Coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants are all nearby, making it the perfect home base for exploring Nice.The apartment is spacious, full of French character, and was perfect for our family of seven. We never felt cramped, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. A separate, dedicated living room was a huge bonus feature!A few small things kept it from being perfect. Like many European apartments, there are narrow flights of stairs, so pack accordingly. We appreciated the request to remove shoes indoors, but unfortunately the floors and kitchen could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. There were plenty of towels, though many were still drying when we arrived (likely because we checked in early, which we greatly appreciated). If you're staying more than a night or with a larger group, plan to pick up extra toilet paper and toiletries, as only a starter supply is provided.Our biggest disappointment was that one bedroom's storm shutter was broken and wouldn't open. Since there's no A/C, that room became quite warm at night, even with the fans.These were relatively minor issues, and the amazing location, spacious layout, and authentic charm far outweighed them. We'd definitely stay here again!
