It’s a wonderful house with fantastic ski in and ski outThe only negative is that the house has an amazing theater room but the equipment was very complicated to use and didn’t seem to be working correctly.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the home and the ski‑in/ski‑out access—we’re thrilled you enjoyed those features. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration with the theater room. The projector and surround‑sound system are a bit more complex than a standard television and do require some patience for warming up and cooling down between uses. That said, they’re designed to deliver a true theater experience once everything is running. Our team is always available to walk guests through the setup or assist with any A/V needs (or anything else around the house), and we’re happy to help make the experience as seamless as possible. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon.
