The location is fantastic. Newly remodeled home with all day sun at the pool. The open kitchen concept to the outdoors is really cool however there’s no way to stop the mosquitoes from getting in. The only thing this place is missing is installing a screen option on the open door wall and lKitchen window. Also would be nice if it had some full length mirrors in the bedrooms other than that, we had a great stay.
The Villa offers privacy and luxury living. We were a group made up of grandparents, parents and 3 grandchildren. Lots of indoor and outdoor door spaces. The pool was a real plus in the heat and enjoyed by everyone. The Villa is located 600 meters walk to the beach. In Orient Village there are a number of good to very good restaurants. We did not rent a car as everything we needed was in walking distance. Our host was most comfortable in French which resulted in some communication issues in English regarding how the TV worked and how to dispose of garbage. Clear written instructions in English & French on these points would eliminate any confusion.
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s a perfect set up for a couples, friends, or family vacation with four spacious rooms—— each with its own bedroom and shower. We loved the seating area on the deck and the nice pool. In addition, it’s a short five minute walk to Orient Village and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.
We had a lovely stay at the villa. The property is newly renovated and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for a large family (or multiple groups of friends). We were there with a 10 month old baby and it was perfect for us. The location can’t be beat. Henri (property manager) was a pleasure to work with and had lots of helpful suggestions on things to do and see

This was the PERFECT vacation home for our family of 6. The layout of the home is perfect; four bedrooms and each bedroom has a full bathroom and each bedroom is in a different corner of the house. So it provides privacy for each room and a beautiful shared living space in the center. Also has a very nice pool and plenty of seating (shaded & sunny) around the pool. The deck around the pool provided a beautiful view of St. Martin (ocean & mountains). We had a 1 year old child and found it easy to walk to everything. We walked to the beach (Orient beach), restaurants and shopping. All in all a perfect vacation.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in January, 2026. We loved the house. It is very private and immaculately kept. The kitchen and living area are open-air. The living area does have an air conditioner. We didn't need it. The bedrooms all have air conditioning units. It is in a fantastic location, about a 5 minute walk to Orient Village which has a grocery store, and several excellent restaurants. Henri was very helpful and met us when we arrived and gave us a personal tour of all the amenities. There are 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The house is similar in design to its neighbors, with the crescent pool in the back to which the two ocean facing bedrooms have access. It definitely has a European design. Like most European short term rentals, they do not provide a lot of the things that American short term rentals provide, like shampoo, soap, facial tissue, coffee, basic kitchen needs like salt, sugar, etc. We had to bring or buy those things. They did start us off with bottled water, beer, some soda, and wine. The house was a great base of operations to explore the island, which we did every day. I much prefer the French side, and always stay in Orient Bay. The house has a secure coded access gate to park your car. I highly recommend renting a car when visiting St. Martin. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house. It will not disappoint you.

Nice place but difficult to locate, scheduled blackouts
I did not get the address until i arrived and reached out to the host. This place is really nice, spacious and clean. The address is not on google maps, therefore we were driving around for more than two hours trying to locate. Had a difficult time with contacting the host during this time. I had enterprise rental car to contact host but to no avail. Host said that he does not have good reception on certain parts of the island :(. There were two black outs and we were forced to stay in the home due to the car was stuck inside the gate which is operated by the power. I was told by some locals that there were scheduled blackouts and my host should have informed us of this schedule, but he didn't. In addition, a man appeared at the pool while we were resting, i contacted the host and asked who it was, and no response. But looked like someone was maintenance the pool. I would love to have been informed about the pool guy arrival (if he was the pool guy) and also about the scheduled blackouts. I have no intentions of staying on the French side of the Island anymore. The Dutch side did not experience blackouts.
