PRIVATE SOUTH LODGE AND CLUBHOUSE - SLEEPS UP TO 43 PEOPLE. Dinosaur National Monument Quarry is approximately 6 miles away. We are pleased to offer theme rooms, The Western rooms, The Cosmos room, The Farmhouse (includes a kitchen), The Dinosaur rooms, as well as a large private Clubhouse with a big kitchen with double refrigerators and stoves, a dining area, big screen tv, washer and dryer, foosball, Cornhole and Air Hockey. Outside there is a large patio, BBQ, lots of picnic tables and chairs, gas fireplace, play ground, and sand volleyball court.
The Farmhouse Room 1 also has a full sized kitchen fully stocked.

Super quiet, secluded and perfect base camp.

We had a group of 43 and the combination of all the various rooms made this four day stay perfect! Very nice accommodations. Everyone had a wonderful time especially since we had the entire area to ourselves and were able to spend our free time outside playing games. It was a perfect base camp!

We had a great stay with our large family reunion group! Property is clean and open. We really enjoyed the clubhouse gathering area. Note that the washer and dryer are coin operated and a little small.

Fun Family Adventure

Great get away, close to the dinosaur monument, not too far from Vernal. Nice gathering place to eat and play games. I realize I didn’t take places of the house but of the surroundings. It was a quiet restful place, clean and we had quick response from the owners when we had questions. The whole family said they’d like to book it again.

Fun in the country

We enjoyed our stay in this rural part of Utah. It was quiet and very relaxing. The farm animals on surrounding us was fun for our grandchildren and an added bonus. We enjoyed the fire pit at night as it made for great conversations and was ideal for making s'mores.

Fun Family Getaway

We booked this property for a family reunion and had a wonderful time! We were there with our 5 children, their spouses and our 25 grandchildren - so 6 families and 37 people all together. There was plenty of room. The sleeping accommodations were great. Loved having 3 fridges and ovens! The ice machine was a life saver with the hot temps. The children LOVED the fact that there were animals on both sides of the property - horses, deer, a cow and a donkey - among others. It added great fun! The property felt safe and secluded and there was room for the children to run and play outside. They also enjoyed the games inside. We worked with Kaylynn on just a couple of small issues and she was super! So responsive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Reunion

Perfect place for our family gathering. We want to come back! Each family had their own room. Most of the cousins slept in the bunk room. We gathered outside and in the clubhouse for meals, games, hanging out and catching up. Magnificent tree & neighbor’s farm! Plenty of activities in the area. The owners were great to work with.

Quiet and Comfortable

We loved all the beds and the individual rooms for each of our six married children and their children. We liked having a separate clubhouse to party while the little ones could be bedded down and away from the noise. There are plenty of things to see and do within an hour of the property. The children loved the playground equipment and there was room to set up lawn games. The evenings were cool from the heat of the day and the gas campfire was well used. It was a great place for our family.

Great place for a big get together

The rooms were decorated cute and it was fun for everyone to have their own rooms, but clubhouse to all hang out together in. Also liked the playground and volleyball court. There is a small hobby farm next to the property with deer and a friendly cow.
