The house was spectacular! Nicki put so much thought and love into this home and I am grateful she is sharing this experience with others. We hired Calissia and her husband Fabian to cook and the food was off the chain. The conch chowder and grilled lobster was amazing. We celebrated my husbands 60th and look forward to returning to this magical home

This was our second stay at Bella Vista, and it was even better than the first. The home is absolutely beautiful, and I didn't think it could get any better since last summer, but the new pool is an incredible addition and made our stay even more enjoyable.The house is fully equipped with everything you need, especially if you plan on cooking during your stay. Traveling with little ones was easy because the pack-and-plays provided were so convenient.The views are absolutely breathtaking, and having direct beach access right behind the house is hard to beat. Willie, the house manager, was fantastic—always available and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Nicki was also an amazing host, responding quickly to every question and making sure everything went smoothly.We had another wonderful vacation and are already looking forward to coming back next summer!

Family Vacation

Bella Vista was a great home for our family vacation to Great Guanna Cay. The home is very well maintained and perfect for a large group. The owner and house manager made our stay easy and hassle free.

Excellent stay

The house was perfect and provided plenty of room for the entire family - the home is absolutely stocked with pretty much everything one would need. We will be back - very nice home and comfortable beds as well. As good as it gets as far a rental homes go. The property manager was excellent as well.

Incredible stay!!

Stayed with friends for a week. The home is incredible - recently renovated, beautiful communal space and bedrooms, insane views of the Atlantic, and direct beach access. Host and grounds-keeper are both extremely responsive and take great care of you while you’re there. Look forward to coming again soon!

Highlight of our trip

2 weeks in the Bahamas island hopping on our boat with our friends....Bella Vista blew us away. Every room has an amazing ocean view, the house and furnishings are beautiful, and Jenks the caretaker is awesome. Loved it.

Guana Cay Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The layout was perfect for our family and the furnishing were high quality and beautiful. Jenks was a great host and helped us settle in nicely. Definitely rent a boat from Dive Guana to visit the surrounding Cays. Guana Cay is centrally located so you can easily travel to the all the surrounding cays. We hope to return next year as well.

What can I say? PERFECT! The house was more than I had expected, with some amazing views! It’s fully stocked, just like they say. (Description doesn’t give enough info). They have a coffee pot and a Kuerig (above the refrigerator), but you need to bring Kuerig cups. They had knives, cutting boards, measuring cups, trays, EVERYTHING a kitchen needs. The house has beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Games, floats, outdoor speaker, most comfy loungers, and outdoor dinning/gathering area with small refrigerator and grill. Two washers and dryers, with laundry soap and extra toilet paper, etc. Way more than I expected. So wonderful! Our crew couldn’t have been happier. I am also a HOST and this place made me step up and take note for what I supply to my guests in the US. Last, Willie … honestly I was a little reserved at first. However, he more than proved himself! This man was at the house within 5 minutes of my text (usually) but no more than 15 minutes away! He was AMAZING! He honestly just wants the guests to have a good time and enjoy their stay. But when I left my brand new diamond earrings in the house and was already at the airport … that man dropped everything to get my property back to me! This says even more than him being quick to help at the house, he truly has a great heart! Thank you Nicki and Willie! You ranked extremely high on our vacation travels. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home

We loved this home. The view is amazing and the house is warm and stylish. Surprisingly our kids loved the putting green and spent hours out there. The host was very kind and communicative and everything worked well at the home. 5 stars for sure.

A little slice of heaven

Beautiful view!! Well stock for what you need for your stay. Nice beach on the ocean. Backup generator. Outside activities for kids. Beautiful grounds and parking for golf carts. Great bedrooms and upgraded bathrooms. Wonderful place to stay. Great grounds keeper available for your needs.

Absolutely beautiful property

7 of us went as a family for a birthday… hired Forrest Pinder as house chef, rented gold carts and boat at Dive Guana! People are SOOO INCREDIBLY nice on island! House was decorated so beachy, charming! So incredibly comfortable for all! Water views in every bedroom! High end finishes… the ocean out every window was spectacular!!!!

Fantastic Beachfront Estate

Family group of 8 (Parents adult kids) stayed for 1 week. Everything about staying at Bella Vista hit the mark. Communications with Nikki ahead of time to set up food delivery and taxi services made getting started simple. The house is perfectly designed and stocked with everything you need. The putting green and bocci court were a great plus that the family used in the evenings after beach time. When we ran into flight problems at the end of the trip and had to leave early, Nikki and the crew took care of us like family.
