LOCATION: This gorgeous home is located off South Point Rd. conveniently close to Assateague Beach and Ocean City beaches. Assateague National Park is home of the wild beach ponies!
Frontier Town Campground is just a couple miles down the road which features a water park open to the public as well as other activities such as zipline/ropewalk courses, rodeos and Western Cowboy/Indian Village with FREE daily shows.

Restaurants and Supermarkets are also in close proximity. Assateague Crab House, a local favorite, as well as assateague surf shop and cafe are just a couple miles down the road. Headed on a little further towards Rt. 50 to Ocean City, there is a Food Lion grocery store and numerous popular local and chain restaurants.
about 5 mins west on Rt. 50 you will also find a Super Walmart with more shopping/restaurants around.

Wondeful stay

The place was wonderful! Beautiful scenery, spacious, and very accommodating. The only thing I’d suggest is updating the information about the linens—it was a bit misleading. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely book again!

Thank you Gaurav for 5 stars. I do want to point out that linen service is available as stated in the rental agreement, and signed by the rental guest. It is outlined again on the check-in instructions where the beds sizes are indicated for those who opt to bring their own linen. These documents also remind you to bring your toiletries - very sorry you missed it when reviewing and signing docs but this review can serve as a reminder that it is important to always read the rental paperwork over carefully before signing it. Really nice home as its very new and spacious and looks nice and also close to Asateague State Park beach area. Would stay again but, but some items need to be addresses. We found spiders all over the place in corners and on beds & sofas and also a bunch of ants. We understand there is a lot of grass & trees around but this needs to be sprayed for & treated if its going to be rented out. Also kitchen garbage disposal did not work & upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm like the air does not circulate properly, surprising for a new build. I think there are some open small spots by the walls on the foundation slab and maybe thats where the spiders & ants get in but please please correct this. The screen porch area is a nice touch although a hot tub would be really great benefit especially for those rainy days so some water activity could be enjoyed. Again, we would stay again if these items can be sorted out for the future.

In the driveway, there is a deep slump on both sides. It would be safer to have signs pointing out the slumps for a car's wheels can get stuck

Fantastic Location to Assagateague National Seashore

This is a great, family friendly house in a quiet neighborhood and a fantastic location. 10 minutes from unbelievable beaches on Assateague Island, 20 minutes from the Ocean City Boardwalk. The accommodations were exactly as advertised with games and toys for kids under 10. We were able to spend mornings on non-crowded beaches, depart at noon for lunches and afternoons of miniature golf, boardwalk rides and such. We hope to rent this property the next time we come to Assateague!

An Excellent Rental

My family and I had a great vacation, mostly due to this home. The kitchen's size is perfect and well stocked with cooking needs. The bedrooms were comfortable. There is a very sturdy swing set in the yard, of which, the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The screened-in-porch has a shower to rinse the sand. Also, there is a blue binder in the office nook with the instructions for most things in the home. We were 20 minutes from OC and 10 minutes from Assateague. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we're looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful Berlin Home

This is my first time using VRBO and I’m glad I had a pleasant experience staying at this amazing house. It is new and modern located in a quiet street just a couple minutes away from Ocean City and Assateague Island. They provided beach supplies and washer/dryer which made it very convenient. Just bring linen, toiletries, and you are set. It is definitely family friendly with the attached potty seat on the toilet for the toddlers in my family. I liked that we were all able to fit in the large dining table and the bright open space from the many windows. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Amazing Family Vacation

Andrea was extremely accessible during our stay and up to our stay at this property. The home was beautiful and very spacious. The fenced in porch was awesome to wake up and have breakfast outside. We also caught a few deer grazing at the house nearby. We were really close to a lot of attractions. Andrea sent us a list of nearby things. We also stopped at the Harriet Tubman wall which was only an hour drive. The mini golf, all you can eat crabs, shopping, kayaking, and beach bumming was just what the doctor ordered. The kitchen was fully stocked with needed dishes. The Brooks family will be back.

Perfect House in a Quiet Neighborhood

The house was great for our family weekend. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood. It was very accommodating for kids with toys and the bunk bed room. My 5 year old nephew said it was the coolest place. We loved watching the deer every day and even saw a fox! Having 3 full bathrooms was also awesome. My only suggestion would be to bring a mattress topper if you prefer a soft bed, which we will definitely bring on our next stay. Lovely property! Thank you for having us!
