Poreč, district Mali Maj. The bungalow is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord only occasionally lives in the house, but uses a separate entrance. The landlord stays in the house only on weekends. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
