Golfers Paradise! Simple & Clean - Waterfront - 2 Pools/Sandy Beach

THE COMPLEX IS CURRENTLY TEARING OFF THE DECKS TO THIS BUILDING. WHILE THIS IS BEING DONE, THE UNIT CAN BE RENTED, BUT THE PATIO WILL BE OFF LIMITS AND THE DOOR TO THE PATIO WILL BE BOLTED SHUT FOR SAFETY. THIS IS DUE TO BE COMPLETED BY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District passed, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit.

You will be very comfortable in our Simple but nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo with a golf theme. Our owners are golf enthusiast! We have a very comfortable King bed in the master with attached full bath with tub/shower and a Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin on Top (Bunk beds) also has a Smart TV. The common shared (2nd bathroom) is located right next to the second bedroom.

We have a washer & dryer for those extended stays.

Fully equipped kitchen includes a regular coffee pot, blender, crockpot & toaster.

Enjoy our patio with the sounds of the lake and a peak view of the main channel.

This condo is centrally located. It sits in the Heart of Osage Beach at the 20 1/2 MM near all the activities.
Several championship golf courses are very near to the condo. Big Surf Water Park, Go Karts, Parasailing, Miner Mike and the new Trampoline Park are all within a few miles.
May restaurant choices from fast food to fine dining. Some are within walking distance. We have waterfront bars, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days & Redhead Yacht Club are within minutes.
The complex offers 2 Pools. The point pool overlooks the lake at the waters edge and the 2nd pool is by the entrance across from our nice Sandy Beach Area. We have a one of a kind Sandy Beach that also has a play area for this kids.
Come enjoy our condo! We supply the toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soaps, bath soaps and laundry soap. Just back your clothes and your favorite foods.

Do not stay here until construction is done

We made a huge mistake by booking and staying at this property. The listing states they are replacing the deck and it’s not available (which is understandable) but what it doesn’t list is that they will be banging on your wall right outside your bedroom at 7am everyday. We came to rest and relax and obviously that didn’t happen. Also the cleanliness of the property was subpar for sure. There was a nasty dirty diaper left on the floor by the master bed, and huge wads of nasty hair throughout — Which I had to cleanup because my wife wasn’t about to touch it. We received a refund for the cleaning fee (lol) like that was going to satisfy us. The listing needs to remove the pictures of the deck and outside furniture as well so people aren’t mislead. Until construction is complete this will be a zero star place to stay so beware. We are pretty easy going folks but this needs to be said so people don’t have to go through what we did.
