Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. This seaside villa is to be shared with family or friends. You will have several outdoor spaces, a relaxation or reading area under the pine trees. A summer kitchen area, a heated swimming pool for relaxing, as well as a wooden terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing or taking a nap under a magnificent eucalyptus tree.
You will also have a modern kitchen adjoining the living room and you can enjoy the fireplace.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by secondary houses. The city center is a 5-minute walk away, as well as the market.
The beach is 10 minutes away by bike via the cycle paths.
We ask you to respect the calm of the neighborhood, we reserve the right to visit during the stay without warning.
It is strictly forbidden to be more than 12 people on site.
Stag and hen parties are not permitted.
