House in the heart of nature
House between forest and apple tree.
For families and sports enthusiasts, not far from the lake of Pellautier (10min by car), the 3 lakes (22min by car), lake of Serre-Ponçon (38min by car) for water activities.
Would you like to climb or hike? The cliff of Céüse is a 20-minute drive away.
Known worldwide, this summit amazes with its climbing routes.
Want to? The Tallard aerodrome and wind tunnel are 7 minutes away by car. Shops 6 minutes by car
The accommodation
The house is 140m2, it has 4 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen. 1 large bathroom with bathtub, a second in the master suite with shower. The 3000 M2 plot is only partially landscaped.
Other points to note
The accommodation is non-smoking. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house in any room. Ashtrays are provided for your cigarette butts, please do not throw it on the floor.
Please note that there are two very affectionate and autonomous cats in the house. Please leave them outside when you leave. We would also appreciate it if you would take care of the premises during your stay.
