Enjoy relaxing in this fun, family-friendly home with a game room and plenty of space for everyone! All on one floor, guests who struggle with stairs don't have to worry. Enjoy a dip in your private pool and pool spa that can be heated for an additional fee and is covered by a lanai for extra comfort. Inside, central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. The full kitchen, with an eat-in dining area for casual meals, features full-size appliances for all your delicious cooking projects. A high chair is available for younger guests. You'll also enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer, so feel free to pack light.

This home's bedrooms are all spread out, the better to provide guest privacy. The first bedroom features a front yard view and a Harry Potter theme. Another has an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, all with a fun nautical theme. One guest bedroom features a Minions theme, and another has a contemporary design. Another bedroom with an en suite bathroom has a two-window backyard view and a TV. Each features a ceiling fan.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great location if you’re looking to go into the parks.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Davenport. We were two families - 4 adults and 5 children. It’s a great house with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids especially loved the pool. They enjoyed the game room in the garage, but we were there in July and it was too hot. Besides the pool and the space to spread out, the best thing about the house is the proximity to the parks. It was only about 25 minutes to Disney and about 30 to Universal. We also drove down to Tampa (a little over an hour) and to Siesta Key Beach (about 2.5 hours). We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was seamless, and we would stay at this property again.

Villa paradise

Great house in good location. Lots of space. The pool area needs some attention as does the games room. Communication with Vacasa / Vrbo was poor. The spa pool was not working and it was impossible to get a response from anyone about it.
