#3: This is a self check-in property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that your being provided by VRBO through either the house manual or the check-in guide. You can find the house manual next to the welcome binder once you walk in the property.
#4: You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host before reading your house manual.
#5: There is a $300 per day smoking fee if smoking anywhere but the designated smoking area. There is a $100 Late check-out fee if your check-out is unauthorized.
#6: You agree that you are booking in goodwill, with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts’ business because you are unhappy with a ruling by VRBO or the hosts in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose a resolution so you are now waiting your right to a trial if we sue you and if we sue you and this has to go to trial for any reason you agree to pay all court costs, etc.
#7: Occupancy inside or outside the property cannot exceed 8 persons! Unless communicated otherwise through message on this VRBO platform with your host.
No smoking inside the house, no parties, no pets . There is a smoking designated area in the front patio. Must empty out fridge completely. Only the 4 ice packs should be in there when checking out please and condiments provided.
Please kindly be mindful of your check out time.
- If house needs extra cleaning, due to an enormous amount of mess, cleaning fee will be doubled!. -Pool net must be put on if it is not put back before check out, there will be a penalty of $100.
-BBQ if used , must be cleaned, cooled off and covered and always put in the lanai ( the screened off area) to avoid a charge.
- If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay for a fee , kindly ask. Fees vary depending on duration of stay.and Themed parks!

The house was perfect for a holiday stay close to family in Florida. The pool was a perfect temperature for our stay, it was heated, and it was the best part. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 plus grandparents stopping by. The community is lovely and quiet.

We loved the pool and used it everyday. The house was roomy and clean. I was disappointed that the pool didn't have a railing to get in and out of the pool. As a senior citizen, i had issues and needed my adult grandchild to assist me getting in and out. We went to Howard Park in Tarpon Springs and enjoyed a day at the beach.

Great property and host

The house is nicely furnished and decorated. Lots of open space so you don’t feel cramped and everyone has plenty of space. The yard and pool are well kept and nice place to relax and enjoy. The host does a great job and communicates very well.

Great House; Great Location; Great and Quick Houseowner Attentiveness

House has everything you need and is located in a great location. Close to restaurants and there's a WalMart around the corner. Kids couldn't get enough of the use of the pool. Smooth and easy drive to the Sponge Docks. Would highly recommend staying here!

The property was a comfortable, clean and well maintained shelter for 2 elderly people and their care givers. The manager was exceptional! She was professional, courteous and responsive. A true pleasure to deal with.

The house was perfect. Not to far from Tampa and the beaches, a quiet neighbourhood. The house was super clean, with load and load of stock from baby stuff, to games, and spices and oil, almost everything! The owner was super sweet and prompt to respond. Lovely Vacation Home

This lovely home was just perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, and even a trampoline park that my grandson loved. The pool was a little too cool for me, but my grandson jumped right in. My favorite place was the screened in lanai...perfect for reading and watching birds and squirrels. The homeowner was wonderful to work with!

Perfect for our family

I highly recommend this property for your family vacation. It was the most kid friendly rental I have ever stayed in. We really didn’t have to bring anything to entertain our kids. The house had an open floor plan which made it very nice for visits with our family that lives in the area. The house was clean and very comfortable. The outside space was very nice and had lots of fun stuff to do. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here again when we are visiting the area.

Wonderful Month!

Our vacation at Golden Paradise was excellent! The home is beautifully decorated and fit our needs perfectly. We had family nearby and were able to entertain a few times very comfortably. The large dining area, nice living room with TV, lanai with more space made for a great time together. It was too cool to use the pool until the warmer weather arrived, a very nice addition. Coffee bar got used a lot! We appreciated coffee that was provided, basket of snacks as you arrived, Brita water pitcher in fridge! We would highly recommend this property!

Our daughter’s birthday

My family and I are local but decided to book this beautiful home for my daughter’s first birthday party. The accommodations were amazing! The home is very well decorated and has absolutely everything you may need for your stay besides the food of course. Very conveniently located to all major grocery stores and Walmart is right down the street. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The pool was our favorite part! You have the option for heating as well. The back yard is very spacious and the communication with the owner was awesome. She is extremely friendly and very quick to reply! Highly recommend this rental! We will definitely be renting again in the future!

Family Visit

This was the perfect spot for what I wanted. Great pool and swim time. Everything we needed was at our disposal. Even a little Rae Dunn!! Close to my daughter's home and things we wanted to do. Would absolutely give this property a thumbs up! Our host was great also. Quick to respond and help with anything we needed. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the toilet paper :) We bought our own the first day. Other than that small observation - it was perfect! Thanks for having us and opening your home for us to enjoy!

Oh my Golden Paradise!!

First off I can’t put enough emphasis on how awesome and gorgeous this home is. The host has definitely thought about everything. We stayed with our 3 grandkids and had a small Family pitch in and pool party. This home didn’t disappoint, it helped make this gathering the best ever!. We asked for the pool heater and so glad We did. The kids loved and lived in the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful , safe, clean and quiet. It does have a noise cut off at 9:30 but this never hindered our stay at all. It is close to everything you might need, Walmart, Dollar General, Publix and various restaurants and gas stations. Golden Paradise was by far the best VRBO that we have stayed at in the area. We will definitely be back sooner than later.. if your able to book, definitely do, it won’t disappoint!

Lovely stay

Enjoyed our stay at the golden house with our 2 kids - one age 4 and a 3 month old. The house is well equipped for children. Loved the linens on the beds and the large screen TVs. Unfortunately it was cold and we couldn’t enjoy the pool. Some suggestions would be adding some wine glasses , even if they were acrylic and including powder creamer in the coffee bar. Coffee bar was nicely stocked but I couldn’t find creamer and had to run out in the morning unexpectedly. I appreciated all the kid friendly items but couldn’t find a stopper for the bath tub to give our kids a bath so would recommend that as well. My kids prefer baths so we just covered the drain with a bowl and that seemed to hold the water in. We would definitely return , it’s a convenient location and very lovely house..

Nice house

The little touches in the house are nice. The big screen TV is awesome and the beds were comfortable. The bonus was all the Christmas lights in the neighborhood.

My family and I are from Greece. As I was raised here in a great Greek pretty loud family, I have learned how to always accomplish my dreams and to never give up in doing so. My dream was always to be around children and help them improve and grow. I then, followed my Mother's footsteps in becoming a great Greek teacher/tutor at first and then a Public school teacher in New York City. The most important accomplishment I have made is my beautiful inside and outside family. I have two little boys and one Big boy (Hubby). I love them all! we decided to buy a home in Florida with a private pool since we always hated that the pools in hotels were open only for certain hours.
Therefore, we figured to get our own pool that will ALWAYS be open 24 Hours a Day!

We chose this property and neighborhood because it is quiet, friendly and near everything. Yes you need a car to get places, but that is mostly in all of Florida. Our neighborhood is in a very well kept community with super friendly neighbors.
We love love spending time here and hope you will enjoy your time as well!
