Upstairs, you'll find a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. It opens onto the living room with sofa and armchair around the coffee table, as well as a table and chairs. TV and Wifi.
At night, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), bedside tables and wardrobes. A bathroom with bath and vanity unit completes this first section. Separate WC.
On the ground floor, a studio with 2 140cm sofa beds, a shower room and separate toilet, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the rear garden.
For even more comfort, there is an enclosed garden planted with trees, where you can spend warm summer evenings; garden furniture and electric barbecue available.

Access to the garage for use of the washing machine and storage of your bicycles or boating equipment.
