House was just as described. Great proximity to beach, comfortable beds (except for one of the twin beds), nice open space upstairs. Pool was great for the grandkids. Not a lot of pantry space to put groceries, but we made do. Nice wide beach and beautiful weather. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had a fantastic time! The house is great. So close to the beach which was super convenient. The private pool and hot tub were also great amenities. Owners were great and super responsive to any questions we had before we went.

This Amazing Place was Perfect for our Vacation! The Communication from the Hosts was very detailed and informative on how to operate TV, Check Out, Hot Tub, etc. House was clean, kitchen was stocked and we stayed an additional 4 nights! We look forward to our next trip to Corolla! Highly recommend this wonderful Place!

I rated this 4/5 because we found cockroaches. The owner was quick to get pest control to arrive however with three young kids/bad weather it was impossible to get out for them to spray every room with our things inside. Owner was very communicative. This home is not exactly ideal for young kids. The steps to the beach are ALOT and you cannot take a wagon to pull all the things. The bunk beds ladders are not very safe for younger kids either. They have ant traps in this bedrooms as well. The home is stocked well and close to shops, dining, and grocery. The grill was great/new at time of our stay. The main level is wide open and furniture was comfortable. The hot tub was great for the rainy days.

When you reported seeing ‘one’ roach, we immediately arranged for our pest control company to visit the following morning, despite it being a Sunday. We understand that the rainy weather made coordinating treatment difficult during your stay. As discussed, we remained available and asked to be notified if any additional pest activity was observed, but we did not receive any further reports during the remainder of your stay. Regarding families with young children, many of our guests visit with children and enjoy the property. The listing includes photos of the beach access stairs so guests can determine whether the setup is a good fit for their group’s needs and preferences. We understand you had rainy weather your entire stay and that can be disappointing.

What beautiful ocean views!! Location is fantastic, on a safe, quiet caldusac, with 2 easy accesses to the beach, made this home ideal for children and adults. Upon arriving, everything was very clean and extremely comfortable, from the pool up to the top floor deck! The beds were comfortable and ceiling fans quiet. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the large open living room was a great gathering place. Thanks for the puzzles and games, it really felt like home. The many decks and outdoor seating spoiled us. We especially enjoyed the afternoon sun by our private pool. Urban Kitchen provided a most memorable meal out. The 2 grocery stores made it easy to find everything we needed. We're already dreaming of returning! Our hosts were great communcators. Book with confidence! You are in for a wonderful home away from home!

Great house and location

This is the second time we stayed here and did not disappoint. The owners were very responsive and also very accommodating. They also gave us a heads up of construction, which was very thoughtful. It’s a great location and would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot

We took an off-season time out to enjoy the quiet and serenity of the beach. The property is easy to find, clean and well appointed, even having a shucking station on the carport. The pool was closed for the season, but the hot tub was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great vaca with our dog

Great beach vacation with our dog! This beach seemed miles long, had lots of shells and in March was practically empty. The home had so much space and room inside and out. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. The mattress was great! Loved our stay!

Exactly what we needed!

This house was the perfect retreat for our early break vacation. Location was perfect, it was clean and well taken care of, and the owner was super quick to respond to any hiccups or questions that arose.
