Maison idéalement placée, les extérieurs sont le gros plus. Par contre ménage fait en surface, congel complètement gelé … mobilier limite, certains meubles sont vraiment en sale état. Aucun meuble de salle de bain digne de ce nom et même pas de tapis de sortie de douche rendant la sortie glissante sur le carrelage. Les matelas méritent d’être changé, certains sont tachés. Le prix relativement bas doit expliquer tout cela.

Maison qui a du potentiel mais dommage que le propriétaire laisse les choses s abîmer.La propreté du jardin est a revoir le coin barbecue est salle et laissé à la abandon tout est branque branle. La piscine laisse à désirer niveau propreté in terrieur et l eau pas toujours net.En ce qui concerne le tour de la piscine les margelles en marbres une savonette un vrai danger. Le point positif très calme jolie vu approximitè de tout.

Le personnel de la conciergerie est très gentils. L’emplacement de la maison est top , l’espace est grand la piscine top.Parcontre tout le matériel dedans est pas entretenue tout sur le point de lâcher… ménage négliger. Dommage que le propriétaire ne s’occupe pas de sa maison.. il ne suffis pas que d’encaisser en fin de saison….

Bien mais !!

Villa sympa, endroit calme. Nous aurions aimé savoir qu une personne vivait en dessous de la maison même si celle ci est très discrète et gentille.. la propreté est très moyenne, et l’équipement peut être à mon avis plus qualitatif… (10 personnes, 4 transats dont deux cassés) néanmoins le séjour reste agréable
