DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATER:
Our home is located next to the local drive-in movie theater, which operates through the summer months. We have never had any complaints about noise or light from the theater. If there are cars lined up to get into the theater, just drive past and pull into the driveway. You do not have to wait in the traffic. Please see our great reviews or message me with any questions or concerns.

BOOKING BOTH PROPERTIES:
This home is a duplex with a shared driveway but no shared walls. Please message me If you're interested in renting out both properties. Together, both units can sleep up to 14 guests.

Please clean up after your pet in the yard and house.
Please do not make used beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep pets off beds and the couch and clean up after them in the yard. Report any damage done inside of the house. No shoes in carpeted bedrooms.
Your reservation includes coverage for up to $300 of accidental damage. Damages must be disclosed to Toni before or upon check out.
Damage that exceeds $300 will be charged to the guest. The guest will be billed for intentional damages or damages due to negligence.

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable place. Centrally located, and Toni was very attentive to our needs, including sending her husband to clear the drive after an unexpected foot-deep snowfall. We would happily stay there again.

We purchased this property in April 2021. We love our beautiful town and we are so excited to share this space with you as you explore Montrose and the surrounding areas. We look forward to providing you with any recommendations during your stay so that you can fall in love with Montrose as well!

We love our home's bright rooms, modern fixtures and kitchen, and beautiful fenced yard. We provide local Cimarron coffee, tea, cocoa, creamer, and sugar for your mornings. We provide games, books, streaming services and Nintendo Switch for those traveling with families. We provide a welcome basket for those traveling with dogs, including a soft blanket, pet towel, lint roller, dog bowls, waste bags, and treats. Our yard faces south with a beautiful view of the mountains and is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink in the provided lounge chairs. This home is great for travelers of all ages.
