The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots, pans, and cooking tools. The property had easy access to restaurants, parks, and other amenities in town. Quiet neighborhood. Very pleasant stay.

The property was very nice and clean as advertised, with all the amenities and more. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and the checkout and check-in process was very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Montrose area as it was as good as advertised.

Host was very welcoming its a new building which is nice, very clean well stocked with kitchen needs she was kind enough to have some kids toys and books even for our little ones very spacious layout. Would stay again.

Fantastic Home!

This duplex exceeded all expectations! The open concept allows for family gatherings, and the three spacious bedrooms allow for rest and relaxation. Feels brand new. We are looking forward to staying here again when we’re back in town!

Clean and does the job

Property was clean and comfortable. There’s a cool area that you can hike close by. Only complaint was the noise from the road that was louder than expected that could be heard from the two bedrooms. Host was super helpful and attentive.

Loved it!

Beautiful, clean home in brand- new condition.The big, empty garage with automatic door is a big plus. It allowed us to park and go in to relax right away without having to unload the car as soon as we arrived. Very convenient for our visits to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Family wedding

We were in Montrose for a wedding. The VRBO we chose was amazing. It was so clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and it had everything we could possibly need for our weekend. I would highly recommend the this place and working with the home owners was great as well. The best thing about the house is everything we needed was within a 5 min radius. Fantastic weekend in a fantastic VRBO.

Reunion

Great property. Well appointed, responsive host, very clean and comfortable. My husband and I did sleep in separate beds because the master bedroom bed sunk in the middle when we were both in the bed.

Hi Jan, Im so sorry about the bed issue. I'm glad you mentioned about it. I have called local American's Mattress. All the beds were purchased January of this year. Unfortunately, the units are booked every night. They wanted to take a picture of the bed without the covers before they can replace it. I had one guest that already complained too. We hope we can get this bed replaced soon.
