Our cozy, quiet central getaway is the perfect landing place at the end of a fun day exploring southwest Colorado! Enjoy the serene back patio to bbq and eat outdoors. On the front porch you’ll find lots of privacy behind the colorful trees to relax on the dreamy porch swing! When you’re ready to retreat inside you’ll find a new reclining couch & two brand new comfortable king beds! Off street parking available for 3 vehicles and trailer parking. Only 2 miles from Montrose Airport, 1 mile from downtown shopping and local restaurants and only 14 miles to the Black Canyon.
A second internet TV is available in the master bedroom.
This property maintains a no pet policy to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
Please note, the patio furniture will be covered in the winter months.

I was born and raised in beautiful Montrose Colorado. It’s truly my pleasure sharing this spectacular part of the state with my guests. I love soaking in the nearby hot springs, foraging for wild mushrooms and paddle boarding on the nearby ,mountain lake's.
Why they chose this property
This quant little house was our first home and we enjoyed making lasting memories in it for the last 20 years. We planted all 7 trees and watched all the landscaping around the neighborhood mature! This neighborhood is great for walking with its hills and Mountain View’s!
What makes this property unique
We personally love peace and quite which is why this home is an excellent vacation stay at the end of a busy day! Located in a very quiet neighborhood yet only minutes from restaurants and shopping! If you enjoy fine dining, we recommend The Stone House or The Bridges. Our lovely neighbors to the right are bee keepers and they sell delicious honey! They are very welcoming and have the sweetest yellow lab… her name is Honey! Enjoy your stay in this charming little home we’ve created.
