Very well appointed home in quiet rural area outside Montrose. Comfortable furniture and bed, giant bathroom and shower. Close to National Park. Unfortunately fire smoke obscured Mountain View’s. Nice rental

The home was just as described and shown in the pictures. The views are great and everything we needed was there. There is a great sound system for the TV as well. It was well appointed and extremely clean. The bed was VERY comfortable and the small wood gas stove in the bedroom was a nice touch.Great access to the south side of the Black Canyons and only about 90 minutes from the North Side ranger station. A short drive into Montrose for a good selection of restaurants and breweries.

The accommodations were excellent. Others who stayed there left condiments and spices for the next guest. There was pretty much every kitchen gadget and appliance one could need. They even supplied pancake mix and syrup. Beautiful view; although the fires obscured the beautiful San Juan mountains. Saw a deer and a large jackrabbit. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the farmers harvesting and bailing the hay in the valley below. Sunsets were beautiful. Joe and Shannon were delightful and very accommodating. Made use of the exercise equipment to help offset our caloric intake from the delicious food from various restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Close enough to town to get what you need, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Loved the view watching the drama in the sky as the weather changed.
