The house has 2 levels:
Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, high-end fitted kitchen open to living room and terrace 50m2 with barbecue, shower room, WC, laundry room with washing machine.
1st floor: small living room on large terrace, 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 dormitory bedroom with 4 single beds), baby cots on request, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
For your relaxation, table football, TV, board games...

The house is located in a quiet area, in a pretty village with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, supermarket, tobacco bar, pharmacy, pizzeria...), located 15 minutes from Périgueux and 10 minutes from Brantôme.
SNCF train station in the village (Périgueux-Limoges line).

We live in another house in the same property and own 2 very nice and very quiet Newfoundland dogs, we will be there to welcome you.
