Residence of charm and character, located in the heart of old Collioure, in the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea.

A Catalan building from the 17th century, it offers exceptional service and character.

Five apartments are at your disposal, all year round, for your holidays and weekends.


The "Collioure" apartment is very pleasant, very clear, it is ideal with family or friends. Two rooms are at your disposal.

The apartment is well equipped, it is air-conditioned, and has an exceptional character thanks to its exposed stones and beams. Soft contrast with its floating parquet.

You can live there like home, the moment of a weekend or a few weeks.

## Neighbourhood

The historic centre of Collioure is within pedestrian access. We are located in the living heart of the city. You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: shops, restaurants, beaches, artists' studios... You can do everything on foot.

## Transit

THE HISTORIC CENTRE IS IN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS.

There are several car parks in Collioure, I always send plans to help you easily find a parking lot.

The station is very easy to access, you can easily reach it on foot (10min).

Do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions about transport (airport transfer, train...).

## Notes
The building dates from the 17th century, my great-grandparents were bakers there. She breathes history and tradition!

A marvelous stay

Amazing location, seconds from all the hot spots of Collioure: shops, bakery, beach, art gallery. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and well maintained, with a cooking facility. The host, Marie, is very friendly and responsive. I will stay here again when I visit Collioure.

A charmless apartment in need of refurbishment.

The apartment is on the top floor of a tenement up two flights of stairs. Our first impression did not change throughout our 5 night stay that this was a dowdy charmless apartment in need of refurbishment. The small windows provided a limited vista of nothing in particular and the skylight in the sitting room badly needed a clean to remove the accumulation of bird detritus. The window frames had peeling paint and were in need of replacement with modern joinery: the entrance at street level displayed daylight on either side. The ‘sofa’ was hard and uncomfortable and the small cheap TV was manufactured in a different era so no streaming services (Netflix, Prime, YouTube) were available, only French free to air channels. The owners did not bother with such luxuries as soap in dispensers in the kitchen and shower room although there was a box of soap sachets for use in the shower but nowhere to put the empty sachet after use. In the toilet the sewerage exit pipe was positioned secured to the floor and there had been no attempt to hide it, perhaps by boarding it in or routing it elsewhere. Unlike many of the short term rentals we have taken there was no tea or coffee to, at the very least, give the impression of a welcome on arrival. The accommodation was accurately described but on inspection it fell short of an acceptable standard. Without wishing to labour on about the inadequacies of this place I had concerns as to the absence of a means of escape in the event of fire in a shared building not least because exit from the only window of any size was prevented by a metal grill.

Imaginez vous, Ă  pied avec vos bagages Ă  15h dans la zone piĂ©tonne bondĂ©e de COLLIOURE aprĂšs avoir trouvĂ© pĂ©niblement et chĂšrement payĂ© un parking situĂ© Ă  900 m (aucun parking gratuit ).et pourtant en octobre. Et surprise quand vous arrivez fatiguĂ©...qu'apprenez vous...? que votre appartement est situĂ© au 3 eme Ă©tage sans ascenseur et non clairement prĂ©cisĂ© dans la brochure. Heureusement l'appartement est trĂšs correct, et trĂšs propre mais sans vĂ©ritable fenĂȘtre.... Donc prĂ©voyez un budget parking et entrainez vous pour les Ă©tages. Collioure c'est magnifique mais comme beaucoup de beaux sites le touriste est un pigeon.....
